Michael Nguyen is an avid tattoo collector and agent/booker for one of Canada's most renowned tattoo studios, Chronic Ink Tattoos. After getting his first tattoo at the age of 17, he's been travelling and collecting pieces of art from some of the world's best black & grey tattoo artists. Around the same time he started his tattoo collecting journey, Michael found himself transitioning into the world of writing, where he applied his love for music and art into the field of journalism. He found himself speaking with his idols, discovering new artists in both the music and art world, while learning more about them through in-depth interviews and conversations. After bouncing around different publications in America, he found himself a home at Chronic Ink where he currently scouts for talented artists worldwide and helps with the studio's daily operations.
